Eligibility for Refunds
Group Session Refunds
Refunds for group sessions may be requested under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time may be eligible for a full refund
- Cancellation requests submitted between 24 and 48 hours before the session start time may be eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for refunds
- If a session is cancelled by Domain due to instructor unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be issued automatically
Individual Session Refunds
Refunds for individual sessions may be requested under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled session may receive a full refund
- Cancellation requests submitted between 48 and 72 hours before the session may receive a 75% refund
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for refunds
- Sessions cancelled by the instructor or Domain will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session at the customer's discretion
Subscription and Package Refunds
For subscription-based services or session packages:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Refunds will be prorated based on unused sessions or remaining subscription time
- Once more than 50% of sessions in a package have been used, no refund will be issued
- Monthly subscriptions cancelled within the first 7 days may receive a full refund if no sessions have been attended
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Sessions that have already been attended or completed
- Digital materials, downloads, or content accessed after purchase
- No-show appointments where the customer failed to attend without prior cancellation
- Services purchased using promotional codes or during special discount periods, unless otherwise stated
- Administrative or processing fees
- Third-party services or tools integrated with our platform
Quality Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a session, you may request a refund or credit under the following conditions:
- Quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of session completion
- A detailed explanation of the issue must be provided
- Domain reserves the right to review session recordings or materials to assess the claim
- If the claim is validated, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or complimentary replacement session
Technical Issues
In cases where technical difficulties prevent access to or completion of a session:
- Issues must be reported immediately during or within 24 hours after the affected session
- Domain will investigate whether the technical issue originated from our platform
- If the issue is confirmed to be platform-related, a full refund or replacement session will be offered
- Technical issues arising from the customer's internet connection, hardware, or software are not eligible for refunds
How to Request a Refund
